Out of the 22 players on that pitch if you had to pick one to strike a fan it would have to be Bellamy - yawn!

Monday morning 2 players in the dock - Bellamy and El Hadj Diouf.

I don't hear much about the "Respect" campaign. Unsurprisingly, it's died a death because football doesn't have the will to sort itself out. Nobody cares provided they're getting their slice of the pie.

Shouldn't have been on the pitch! I still have good memories of an incident at Hampden Park in the seventies, when a 'fan' invaded the pitch during a Scotland international. One of the Scottish players tackled him (I think it was Gordon McQueen) - and it was the best 'late' tackle I've ever seen - the ball was miles away, and he went in hard and high, both feet off the ground, with studs showing - and floored the prat. Biggest cheer of the day, and not even a whisper of recriminations against the player!
Invade the pitch, and automatically give up any claim to human rights - sounds fair enough to me!

There's a world of difference between what Brian Clough did to the fan who ran onto the pitch at Forest and what Bellamy did to that chap in the Manchester derby.
