Suprised people preferred this one. I though it was possibly the poorest episode of the show yet. I laughed a few times but it did seem like they're running out of ideas. The idea of getting all the characters drunk is okay but it smacks of desperation, and it really for once felt like a filler episode. The curry order rant was quite funny but was essentially a bit out of a stand up comedy set or Horne and Corden's god awful sketch show and felt a bit forced in this show. Plus, the arguing couple (Pete and Dawn?) were NOWHERE NEAR as funny as they have been in the past, with the bloke doing a clasic bit of sever drunk overacting.

End was okay though.

Thank goodness the show ended when it did. Thought this episode was pretty unfunny, very preditable and overall an unsatisfactory end to what was once a great show. I think it would have worked better as a longer special which would have given a little more time for the events to unravel. As it was it was very rushed - Smithys speech at the end felt very crammed in.
