decent article, this quote is quite cool I think:

"However, it should be noted that there have been some positive moves from Mawhinney's men in recent months.

In June it was announced that the 72 clubs had unanimously voted to introduce a "fit and proper person" test for directors.

The move will be welcomed by supporters of teams who have suffered as a result of rogue officials who have asset-stripped their club, sold off the ground or worse. "

not sure what the test is and how bastard directors could get round it, surely they should have the same sort of thing for Chairman? Or do they just let any chairman with loads ofdosh takeover a club then 10years down the line sell it for £56 and leave it in ruins? ???
