Doesn't matter. He was a young man with his life ahead of him.

Of course it matters. If he was a criminal out thieving then I have very little sympathy. If he was a policeman out trying to apprehend one such criminal, it is a different story.

Support our boys come what may, they are the ones saving our great London from burning down.

It wouldn't surprise we if it was some sort of gang related killing using the cover of lawlessness to exact revenge/power struggle/opportunist

I think it does matter. If it was an innocent passer by then it is outrageous, if a rioter then rough justice.

err second death please. First one was on Thursday.....

Thursday 4 August
18:15 BST - Mark Duggan, 29, is shot dead by police at Ferry Lane, Tottenham.

The death occurs during an operation where specialist firearm officers and officers from Operation Trident, the unit which deals with gun crime in the African and Caribbean communities, are attempting to carry out an arrest.

Mr Duggan is a passenger in a minicab and is shot after an apparent exchange of fire. A police officer's radio is later found to have a bullet lodged in it.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) announces it will investigate the incident and later says it believes two shots were fired by police. It also confirms that an illegal firearm was recovered from the scene.

No, he was shot before the riots started not during the riots, this report is also missing, Duggan was a high ranked gang member, which is fairly important
