Excellent turn out by BHAFC and met loads in there, such a shame service wasn't a bit quicker.

Agreed. Made a good bit of noise in there though.

Great pub. Got in there early, Oakham Ales & three course thai meal. Friendly staff that didn't mind us leaving our car in their car park for the afternoon.

We were in the Barton too with, in NSC speak, Lokki 7, Buzzer and Kylie's Stunt Arse.

I do not think I have ever waited longer for a drink. I must have been at the bar, and I mean literally at the bar with no-one in front of me, for a good half hour. Even Lokki picking up my daughter and having her shout "Daddy buy some beer" did nothing to speed things along.

As it turned out, I didn't actually get served, Manxseagull did, and kindly got my drinks in too. I might still be waiting to be served now otherwise.

Food looked very decent, but there was no chance of us getting anything and we were still full of hotel breakfast.

My little one was one of those going round with a bag of balloons, handing them out.

Yeah my bunch had one pint but had to wait 25 minutes for the next one so we fcuked off with just one in the belly.

if they had paid two more staff 6 quid an hour for 2 hours (total 24 quid) I swear they would have taken £800 more in the till.

Madness.
