I don't think I'll bother. Barnsley is one of the worst places in the UK.

Couldn't agree more, but since it's only five miles down the road, I'm going. I will sing "Who ate all the pies?" in my husband's direction in the hope that he raises his fingers & gets chucked out. That would be fun!

Plenty of miles this weekend - 400 on Saturday and 250 on Monday.
Did 250 miles on Monday night. Not bad 900 in a week.

The Outpost about 10 minutes from the ground on the Shefield Road and the bar in the Metrodome centre at the top of the visitors car park are the best bet for away friendly pubs according to some replies I got from the Barnsley sight.
Doesn't look like there will be many of us there if the replies to this post are anything to go by. Looks like a fantastic ground and away end though..
