You really are a tit sometimes. What has Barnes done to deserve the label of 'useless twat'?
Incredibly, strikers at this level don't tend to play well and/or score in every game they play. If they did, they would not be plying their trade in League One.
Not forgetting to mention that he is your mental age shy of the average peak age of a striker.

calling any current Albion player a useless tw*t is un-called for.
Though Barnes is not convincing. He is meant to be the main goal scorer in the team and reminds me a lot of Andy Cole.
He needs umpteen chances to bag the odd one. He gets himself into great goal scoring positions and he's lucky to be playing in a good team that gives him service, but he misses/fluffs/scuffs/shins far to many chances for my liking.
He may have 7 (which includes pens) but a better finisher would be on 15 with the service he's had.
But as always, i am always willing to trust the mighty Gus's opinion
