He's a footballer.

I'll not begrudge him if he scores and celebrates in a dignified manner. If he acts like a prick then he will get abuse, it's part of the game.

I wouldn't boo or abuse him for playing. He was a vital part of our team for a number of years and I always look to see if he's done well. He's done well to come back from a horrible injury too. Good luck to him.

Though still won't forget his '3 points' interview after Wrexham...

Ashley Barnes Deserves a decent reception.

The earlier we see him on Saturday the better we will be
Doing.

One thing we need to be wary of is his awful tackling just ask Jose (the special one)

Pathetic I know the Reynolds enthusiastically giving it "NUMBER NINE, ASHLEY BARNES", followed by a mixture of cheers, applause and a few groans is one of the things I'll always remember quite fondly.

Sods law he'll net.

Got pelters at Brighton from idiots who thought he was not good enough, yet went on to play in the Premiership and scored goals until badly injured.
He gave his all for us you can't ask for much else.

His header will hit the bar when it seems easier to score.
