Coke/Fanta bottle tops have been attached to the bottles for a good few months now, the guys and girls in the catering kiosks just rip them off when they sell one.

I'm surprised though that Sodexo haven't started to sell Pepsi/Tango instead where the lids are still seperate, as it would make things much easier.
