During yesterday’s game, the point was made that in the past year and a bit we’ve lost three of our best players in White, Cucarella and Bissouma along with our director of football, manager and all the first team coaching staff ….with no noticeable down turn in overall performance.

Quite incredible really. I remember Barber talking about the structure, systems, processes and succession planning etc a long time ago and rolling my eyes a bit. To survive all of the above shows it truly is working. Good work Bloom and Barber. Can you retract rolled eyes?

How ever disappointed we are losing key players, they do have a canny knack of a replacement ready to go. As some of our admirers have said, the club is being run the right way. After yesterday’s display I think we’re in for a treat for the rest of the season.

Well TB wasn’t there yesterday to witness RDZ
‘s first game.

I guess he didn’t have enough loyalty points OR a mate who did?

He was winning a poker tournament in Vegas, he probably did watch the game though.
His first poker tournament for three years and smashed it.

He did smash it , with the current exchange rate the winnings worked out at just over £320,000 for the evenings work .

You also have to acknowledge Ashworth (through gritted teeth). The strategy devised and initially carried out by Potter has meant we've been able to replace without revolution, more a continuation. Very smart work.
