Does anyone know if we will be able to bring our own banners in and lay them down or tie them up like we did at Withdean or at away games? Will we be allowed to pass our massive one overhead like in the good ol days.

and does anyone think there is any mileage in having an ironic "we want falmer" day for a certain game when we can wear our t shirts, bring our banners, flags etc and celebrate all the hard work we put in to getting to the promise land?

Went to a meeting last night and mr bloom made the suggestion of a giant flag/shirt that should be passed overhead! Also happy to hang flags and even use the corners for flags as long as advertising is not obstructed!
We have a managment who are 100% behind its fans and team:moo: Ang gus still likes "we are fu**ing brilliant":lolol:

or even like this:moo:

perhaps as a one off we should produce as a gesture to TB a huge "THANK YOU TONY" banner to drape

The official capacity was down to that..... Not that Archer would do anything underhand and pocket some tax free takings!

are you sure Edna? maybe your right, either way lots of space even on the South West Terrace.

It was roughly that number, yes. Started out at 29,000 when I was first going in the mid 1980s, then dropped down dramatically because the north east corner and a large part of the East Terrace were condemned. By the time we finished the final season there, it was officially somewhere around 11,000. There was always a suspicion that the club might have been, ahem, underestimating crowds though. For whatever reason

Even for the last ever game, the crowd was "only" eleven thousand something, wasn't it? Even though you might have thought there would have been more.
