Is something going down today? Our Bacs payments have not gone through for our pay and another company has the same problem, also our authorization centre say that banks are not authorising transactions over the phone?

I couldn't comment on your BACS problem... but am aware of current issues at a major bank with all online banking services... I would expect things to improve imminently.
