what if one of group can`t go? can friend take place as before ?

I don't think so. The person who can't go would either need to opt out of the ballot for the match if they new before hand or put the ticket on the exchange. The fact that tickets are going to be issued to mobile phones and photo ID is required means it's going to be next to impossible to pass them onto friends.

I had the same problem as the orginal poster

A chat window came up and the person at the other end asked me for the names and fan numbers. It was set up in a few minutes and I got a confirmation email whilst the chat was still in progress.

So, in short, use the chat option and someone will help you
