Is it one of those really bad ones, where you wont feel right for a couple of days at least?

I feel for ya bud, I get 2 day hangovers as a norm theses days, have absolutely no idea why as I always thought they'd get better with age!!!

I am considering giving up the drink to be honest, but seems to go hand in hand with the majority of things I do.

2 day hangovers = f***ed liver , if you finish off on shorts you are asking for a belter in the morning, red wine almost as bad , avoid port at all cost......stick to a reasonable amount of beer and you should be ok.

My favourite hangover cure involves eating a large bowl of corn porridge and a pint of half elderflower cordial and half appletizer.
Sounds a bit strange but it was advise given to me by an old jamacan piss head and it works

Was it easy to give up ?

I gave up smoking easily but alcohol :nono:

Things are so much more interesting with alcohol or am i wrong ?
