Whast was Slade on ?. Doug Loft was having a very good game and Fraser would die for the cause. So why take them off and bring in hoofer El Abd who just ran around clouting people. He deliberatley studded Cox and smashed an Elbow into Painters head which I heard 60 yards away.

What was Slade's half time talk ???

The half time talk was probably brilliant. Unfortunately, Kuipers didn't hear it as he was on the pitch practising!!!

Don't know why he brought El Bad on, but I thought Harty did well when he appeared - & Andrew looked really good when he came, on I thought. Sadly, too much damage was all ready done though..

personally, I would have taken fraser off and left Loft on.

I would then when 3-1 down, taken Borrowdale off and brought Andrews on who lokks 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 x a player than Owusu.

It has taken every game this season to realise that lumping the ball forward to a huge forward is a SHITE way to play football and so many teams have worked us out. Adams started it and now Slade has carried it on.

Today, Swindon's Cox showed what we are missing when Foster and Murray are not there. Pace and ability in bucket loads as opposed to lumbering forwards who are very poor.

I actually think Davies is a decent player and will get better with better players around him, however whether that is in the fourth division looks unlikely.

Taken LOFT off was the worst thing possible lets be honest, yes he could of been tiring but he showed something today, something GOOD

And Fraser was never going to help us when we were 2-1 down so not to fussed about that one

to be honest , i hope slade fucks off and we get a proper manager in

Like who? Who the f*** is gonna be beating a path to our door if he goes?? I think he - or whoever takes over - needs to bring his own staff in. All the time White & Booker do whatever it is they do, we've got no chance imo.

Loft was having a really good game, don't get the sub and he didn't seem too chuffed about it and who can blame him. The only good thing El-Abd did was stamp on Cox

No, that stamp on Cox was outrageous. What was good about that ?.

Ok might not have been the best thing but I imagine quite a lot of the supporters wanted to do the same. He wasn't injured and the squeal was a good sound. Just one of those players that winds up the oppo crowd

so what is the situation with Cox at Swindon...is he still a Reading player?

However much you hate him, he is truly class and if we had any ambition this season, then numpties at this club on the scouting and coaching staff would have snapped him up when he became available for loan.

I think that Swindon bought him for £200k and are looking to sell him for in excess of £1m. I dont think that he is worth that amount.

To get back to substitutions the best Slade could have done was to swop Booker and White for 2 traffic cones from the motorway at least they would have been cheaper and offered about the same to a football team.

We bid for him when we got Murray. You can/should blame the clowns in charge of this club for a lot of things but we don't have a monopoly on players.

Anyway, Loft was shit.
