Does anybody have any figures detailing our average away attendances for the past couple of seasons? i.e. how many fans we take to away games. Cheers.

The total away attendances are on the official website but Brighton fans away attendances are in the programme.
I am babysitting (on my daughter's pc) so cannot access the figures at present.

I think from memory (reading the programme yesterday) we took 1005 to Leeds, 291 to Preston.

Why?

You doing your GCSE maths coursework on football attendances?

Or have you got a bet with your friend in the playground?

Or another reason perhaps?

Just puzzled as to why you would want to know such info ???

Try to remember that we limit away fans reducing their potential average to a greater exstent than we are limited by other teams in this division.

At least the statistics are rigged in our favour!:clap2:

The same could be said about the AMS scheme (remove this and a few more may travel)
However, I am sure we are not the only ones with such a scheme.

I think the website is cocked up. The away attendances show nothing about how many people we take up really. Doesnt give you a definite figure. There must be a better one somewhere

Random stats:

Three highest away attendances last season (excluding Spurs) were.............

Reading 7/8/04 2,929
West Ham 13/11/04 2,626
Rotherham 30/4/05 2,541

Well thats makes sense first and last away game of the season, plus the biggest Saturday game in the south.
