The trouble is that with all these gigs the tickets are so bloody expensive. The standard price at the Wembley barn seems to be £37.50 and that's for ordinary seats. Aerosmith in Hyde Park this year is £45.Like football it's taking the "product" away from ordinary people. Mind you I've paid well over the odds to see Springsteen in the past but as the man is a living legend (in my opinion) it's well worth it.

Bloody excellent gig. Sound was tad dodgy for the first few songs (but then thats the Brighton centre for you), but by the time they got to Us & Them it was sorted.

The girl on vocals did a damned good job of Great Gig In The Sky, and had I not known he was dead, I would have sworn the saxophonist was Fluff Freemman! Great bit of virtuoso guitar on Run Like Hell at the end too.

Aussie Pink Floyd ? Very very good.

I've just seen Think Floyd at the Hawth and was so impressed with them that i've booked up a Wall gig to see them in Basinstoke. They played all of the DSOTM,WYWH and other tracks like See Emily play etc etc.Everyone i spoke to at the Crawley venue thought they were brillant.I don't like Money but it was awsome along with Time. The Sound was perfect and the singing excellent. You have to see them for £16

The women who did Great Gig blew me away for Think Floyd.

Anybody heard of "Off The Wall"?

From there web site:-

Off The Wall are Europe's leading Pink Floyd Tribute Show
Described by the BBC as "Possibly the best concert experience you will ever have."

Best version I heard for a while. Better than Mica Paris at the Royal Albert Hall with Gilmour & Wright last year.

Liked the film for Us & Them & Brain Damage especially the excellant synch with the pics of Thatcher, Blair, Saddam, Nixon, Bush etc.

Set the Controls was a stormer too.
