If Tait plays we are going to get to face an interesting fast bowler. Hopefully the one that played for Durham last year and not the one that took 60 odd wickets in the Australian domestic game.

Off the England topic, it just goes to show how lucky we have been with Mushy and Rana. A lot of overseas players seem to regard the English county game as a free wage cheque. Contrast this with our players (including Goodwin) and Graham Smith at Somerset.

Comments on the BBC site about Tremlett getting a run out if the pitch is as hard as it seems at the expense of Hoggard. I think that would be a good move personally. From what I've seen of Tremlett he gets a hell of a lot of bounce.
