How can the BBC get the formation so wrong?

The Albion app shows it the same!

It's quite a strong line up, but the question as has been the case for seasons now is - where are the goals going to come from?

Looks like Potter is banking on Trossard, which is a fair shout, probably our most dangerous player in the box.

Dunk headers off set pieces. [emoji95]

The set up on the Albion website had me very confused.

I think he also knows that Webster, Dunk, and Duffy, will also get a handful between them.

Then you have a few that will score the odd one Connolly,Moder, Pascal,Lamptey, Mac etc

Who knows Lallana must eventually hit the target!

Brighton
Must be this (or close):

—————————-Steele————————
———Webster——Duffy———Dunk——-
Lamptey-Groß-Bissouma-Lallana-Cucu
————————-Moder————————-
————————-Trossard———————-

Plenty of good players, just worried about who is going to do the shooting.

Trossard blows far more hot than cold nowadays. Seems to be believing in himself a lot more and sulking a lot less. I guess hanging out with the likes of De Bruyne and Hazard on a regular basis tends to do that to a player. That and being encouraged to shoot on goal obviously

It's all very low-key this, isn't it? Just feels subdued somehow, or maybe it's in my head. Not that it's always a bad thing, can help temper expectation and keep the pressure off. Be very happy with a point today.

Main thing is whether can we play with intensity in both halves.

Just had to check we were playing today.

As far as the press coverage goes, I thought Villa were playing Villa.

We will be lucky to get a mention when the scores are read out at this rate.

Anyone would think Ron Saunders has returned from the grave such is the hype.

What with it being Gerrard's first game I was thinking the opposite; the media have talked about our game a lot! Granted mostly about villa and gerrard, but that's to be expected with it being his first game

Come on, stop being precious. It's a pretty big appointment, of course the media are going to talk about it a lot in the build up.
Up to us to perform and get them talking about us...
