Although I certainly don't want to see him score, if he did and it earnt them a point or three it wouldn't half bring a wry smile to my face when thinking of the brain dead fans who abused him and thought he was shit. Whatever happens between now and the future I'll be glad to see him playing again for any club, every team should have an Ashley Barnes

Just found out that he has bought a house about 50 yards up the road from me. Apparently an extremely nice man with a young family. Look forward to him bringing his young lad to the local footy team over the road from us where he will see the stripes being worn by my five year old daughter. One of my mates has met him a few times and apparently he loved brighton and never wanted to leave but the offer from burnley was to good to refuse.
