This latest thread suggests to me that hove born&bred doesn't know as much about what is going on as he wants us to believe.
DMH Planning, as agents for the Albion, have been in constant touch with the ODPM throughout the whole process. As part of this, correspondence is exchanged regularly.
Last Wednesday was the final day for interested parties to submit their final comments on the representations that had been made in mid June. My guess is that the ODPM probably received responses from most of the interested parties.
The ODPM have said that there will be no more opportunities for a general exchange of correspondence. But they may feel that it is appropriate to let the applicant have sight of what was sent in last week.
That would mean sending DMH Planning copies of last week's representations. Such a bundle of papers might well have reached DMH on Wednesday.
