I once entered for an A-level in Government & Political Studies but soon realised I didn't have the time to study.

Went to just two lectures and didn't read any books. In fact, I didn't even know what was on the syllabus.

Took the exam anyway (I'd already paid for it), and got an E.

Shit, yes, but it's a pass. :lolol:

Well done to all of you who just got exam passes, cos it's getting tough out there, you're going to need them.

All the best to you all, when you get there, and keep vandalising all the signs at University, it keeps my company in business!

Whats an N

Not sure exactly what it means, but I've always assumed "nearly"!

Officially, it means that the candidate has shown no progress since the previous level i.e. the performance offered in the A-level exam was that which would be expected for GCSE.

Are you a young'un Matt? Perhaps they don't have 'N' grades anymore - but they certainly did when I was a lad.
