I think it's as sensitive as it's chosen to be made. I watched it and didn't find myself laughing at his efforts to be amusing.

Context and intent is important in every situation, nothing is absolute. He simply thought he was being funny and doubtless had no bad intent.

It really is nothing except a bit lame. Maybe a quiet word. Unelected world leaders making Nazi signs is a genuine cause for concern.

I think making fun of other cultures and languages can be fun if its clever and original. If its the exact same jokes and imitations as when we were kids... well, then its just boring and stupid.
