Sure someone can link to it but costs risen above 60 million. New proposals to be submitted involve dramatically larger stadium but doesn't suggest this refers to capacity. Nil chance of it being called in again according to paul samrah

Umm, this could mean we might actually end up with a decent capacity instead of the original tinpot 22k, which would have consigned us forever to the status of feeder club to the likes of Stoke City and MK Dons?
