I'd love to go and watch my team, but I decided a limit as to what I would like to spend to watch football and it's now surpassed that level. I'm not prepared to fund players on stupid wages for the sake of financing a club. That was decided way before we hit the Amex and not since we became rubbish.

Still ruddy expensive for a student. Granted, it was back in 2001 and at a different level, but you could buy a season ticket at Oxford for £95. They had gaps to fill, we have gaps to fill.
