I contributed enough to the A&K fund to be given the seat naming option which has now turned into the heritage stone option instead but have yet to receive a letter informing me how I go about ordering one. Has anyone got their letter/info re the stones and what you do next, I think we were supposed to get an order no. or something so we can claim but there doesn't seem to be anything on the bha-be-part-of-it website or do I have to spend time going round the houses on the phone at the Club Offices trying to find someone who knows about this!

I was in a similar situation.

Ring the club, think the woman in charge of all this is called Becky. She was really helpful and sent me a letter detailing everything.
