Teamwise, I'd say no.

But we are 3 pts better off so far.

Not as strong technically as last time, but will not have the devastating run of losses which ultimately sent us down last time. We will stay up this time, the trick will then be holding on for the subsequent two or three seasons before we have a serious stadium to play in.
