I've noticed that there's a few of us who post well into the night and into the early hours.
So who's a Nightbird and who's an Early Worm?

I'm not a morning person at all, I come alive at night. How about you lot?

Many times I'm the last to post all night, although Juan Albion sometimes beats me.

It helps to be in a different time zone. It is often 6am in the UK before I go to bed and some are already starting again over there. Yorkie seems like she can be an early riser.

It's disturbingly light outside.

I am. I love mornings. I do only need about 5 hours sleep at night and I only sleep longer if I am ill.

If I have been to a match as on Wednesday night then I come home buzzing and don't want to go to bed. Just typing comments about the goals etc, I look around and it's 01.30 before I know it.

So I can be a bit of both, a night owl or a morning lark.

I hate getting up early. I'm only up now because I'm trying to get over some food poisoning that I picked up in Zanzibar, and I needed a dump. Anyone want to know the consistency?

Much prefer the nights.

Usually up late into the night, unless I've got work to do. I work much better in the mornings, so when deadlines approach I get an early night and get up early so I can post on here, obviously.

Morning for me. I'm more alive and motivated in the mornings - I don't like wasting that time of day - can't understand people who stay in bed! I wilt in the evenings, although I don't go to bed particularly early. I go into work early as we do flexi-time. It's brilliant being able to do things in that hour before the phone starts ringing and there are constant interruptions.

I hate the sound of the alarm clock going off in the morning and that initial having to move out of bed. However once I am up I really enjoy the morning and agree with Fran it is a really good time of the day to get work done.

I also really enjoy the walk to the train station at 6.30 in the morning, see the same faces walking the dog or getting ready for a day at work. There is a definite sense of satisfaction when you complete all your tasks for the day and realise it is only 10am.
