Are we going to continue being a selling club,as I thought those days were behind us. Gus has repeatedly said that we do not need to sell players yet it seems likely that Dunk and Nooney could be off very soon. Also with cooke going. It is disappointing but hopefully Gus has new players on the horizon. I believe we will struggle this season ( not get relegated ) if we sell these two as there does not seem to be any let up with the injuries and suspensions.

If the price is right then yes. Also to a degree players rule the roost anyway - The minute they get wind of a lucrative generally they want out and very little a club can do to stop them leaving. Do you really want a unhapy player who wants out?

Can't blame Noone for wanting out as he doesn't always start and i don't think he's been utilised as much as he could have been

Every Club is a selling club, it's all about being in a position to extract as good a deal as possible from the buying team. Look at us, with AOC.

Yes but we are in a better position to get a better deal than a year ago, all clubs are selling clubs, it the bargaining position that changes.

Selling 1 player doesnt constitute being a selling club, does it? The cook deal was good business all round. So Cardiff are interested in Noone - so what. He hasnt been sold yet. If Everton are interested in Dunk, which is debatable, so what. Doesnt make us a selling club.

Prem clubs will be able to by players from us because they are able to pay inflated transfer fee's.

No problem with this as long as we then use the money to buy the best players from teams below us.

We need to strengthen the squad in general so this may be to our advantage at the moment.

Did anyone call Man Utd a selling club when they sold Ronaldo? Are Arsenal a selling club for selling Nasri/Cesc? The reality is that, we, do not have the crowds that some have, or the tradition. It's not all about money for some players either. If Man City/Qatar or some other stinking rich club wanted to pay you £X per minute or Barcelona/Home town club come calling, what would you do? We will always be a selling club...fact.
