Review of Season 2004-2005 so far:
Played 7
Won 2
Drawn 1
Lost 4
Goals For 6
Goals Against 11
Current Form: WW
Out of League Cup.
Manager: Mark McGhee stable, although October is next month and not a good one for Albion managers. I believe MM is a very shrewd manager and that he intends to complete his contract and maybe extend?
Players: Horrendous injury situation with up to 10 potential 1st teamers sidelined. McPhee Carpenter and Roger pencilled in for today's friendly at Worthing. Watson Oatway Roberts Reid Piercy still to regain fitness. Blackwell who knows?
Can life get any better? I see McGhee is now saying that McPhee could be the big target man that he's been seeking for a while. I'm sure we could do with strengthening up front. But midfield still seems to be a problem. I couldn't help but admire Danny Tiatto in the Leicester game and just one player like him could be the difference this season. All in all though I feel positive about this season. Discuss.
