Some people need to get "upset" and complain about something in order to try to justify their own worthless, meaningless, lonely, miserable existance. If they can actually get an acknowledgement from a complaints department, or even better get something changed, then it makes them feel important and alive, if only for a little while. The fact that 99.99999% of the human race couldn't actually give a flying f*** about it is neither here nor there to these people. The important thing is, they've received a little bit of proof that they do at least exist.
