A Non-existant 16,500 Reading fans in the Madejski yesterday - and 35,000 taken to the Millenium stadium last time we went..

Thats not bad for a NON-EXISTANT Fanbase isn't it?

You stuffed us fair & square on the pitch but you seem to be missing the point about the crowd. Never mind the Xmas shopping excuse its piss poor when you appear to be romping towards the Premiership and you are not sold out. If in the future you dropped out of the Championship would you struggle to get 10,000?

On the proviso that you do get promoted how will the real long term Reading fans feel when all your 'Floaters' come out of the woodwork for Man Utd & Chelsea at home?

I really couldn't give a flying one about Reading anymore. There was a seaon or two where it was fun, but that was only because we were both going for the div 2 title and Pardew was such a bitter tosser. Now? There's nothing to hate is there? Madjeski seems a bit of an egomaniac but so what? He's turned their club round and is on the verge of seeing them into the premier league. They have a very good championship team, with a very good manager and a decent stadium. They're a small club that is about to achieve 'the dream'. Fair play to them. I'd rather they went up than some of the 'big' clubs who think they have a divine right to be playing in the premier league.
