Are Gillingham any good?

Meopham, Kent.
Watch out for Jarvis, a talented young winger. I think he plays down the left.

They have Kelvin Jack in goal. I suggest getting wide and putting crosses in as much as we possibly can, and the strikers need to be following up on any shot in case of a rebound. :)

Dont Brighton have someone called Ashley Jarvis in the youth squad?

There was but he was released, think he plays for Eastleigh now.

Ladbrokes have them at 16/1 for the division, same odds as us at the moment. They weren't far above the relegation zone last season but have been busy in the summer, and their win over Huddersfield on Saturday was a good result. Too early to say who's any good or not yet, I think.

Hope that's helped! :jester:

Huddersfield fans up here who went said that Huddersfield were very poor and missed a couple of sitters so Gilloingham may not be that good - only worry for me is the curse of the Withdean - we are always shite there against poor opposition.

To be honest after the win at Rotherham i am fully expecting us to go to Forest with 3 wins out of 3 with only Gillingham and Brentford at home before then. If we don't i think Mghee will have some questions to awnser.

Hmmm. Can't see Brentford being as strong as when Allen was managing them, but our record against them lately is nothing short of abysmal.

I can see us winning tonight, simply because I think ourselves and Gillingham are likely to be pretty evenly matched and finish fairly close together at the end of the season about halfway up, but I'd take 7 points to Forest quite cheerfully to be honest. That'd represent a very respectable start.
