If this Twitter exchange following yesterdays MISERABLE 2-0 defeat to Reading is anything to go by....

@CEO4TAG Hope Dougie can pull a couple of transfers out the bag nxt week steve. Many fans feelin very negative this coming season #cpfc

Steve Parish ‏@CEO4TAG
jamesDaley1983 #cpfc Mate I don't pick 2 defensive midfielders every week nor do I play one up front, I just write the cheques

Wow. How much longer can Freedman live off his "legendary" status as a player there I wonder, when even the owner is hanging him out to dry.

*stifles a snigger*

Can you imagine Tony Bloom criticising Poyet on twitter. They really are a joke club.

Or calling fans 'mate'.

I've been telling CPFC fans how embarrasingly tinpot CPFC2010 and Parish are and I think they were genuinly shocked by my saying it? I really do think he's brainwashed all 12 of them - they all really believed they were signing Mcormack cos of something he'd said i'm sure... Then there's the smutty comments on their cheerleaders... The calling us scum... The tweet to moose talksport last night SWEARING at him...

Hilario. Wasn't it about, err, three months ago that he was "one of the brightest young managers in British football, and you lot would take him for Poyet any day".

He wasn't, and isn't, but maybe realisation has dawned finally. We will finish above them, that's a given, but the double would top things off.

Wow. What Dougie supposed to do when he has to sell his best players?

He was the messiah....(or just a very naughty boy) at the time when he came back as manager....a good player...yes....a manager no!
He will be remembered like Clyne,Ambrose Scannel...world beaters when playing for the club...but when they leave they were lazy, erractic there are memories and selective memories. Dougie will be remembered as a player.....never a manager!

The proposed new stadium at Crystal Palace was never going to happen. All new owners do it when they roll up at a club, they try and build ambition to get the fans motivated and behind them. Look at Southend, and Pompey, Liverpool's recent ambitious proposals for new stadia - fruitless!
All done to try and "sell the club" to the highest bidder and get a bigger investor to take over the reigns. Was never going to happen, has massively backfired, and consequently as history repeats iteself like many clubs before, they will go down the shitter.

All is not well in SE25 it seems! Loving the early stages of their meltdown and season long struggle. I'm hoping for some player bust-ups and discontent soon along with a liberal sprinkling of poor crowds and them getting on the players backs. Would it be too much to ask for a dressing room scandal involving DF and a players missus resulting in him being placed on gardening leave and the team imploding? Happy Happy Days being an Albion fan.
