And you know the BBC will choose Son v us as their Goal of the Month.

Undav's crazy chip over Sa was my fave, we see long range screamers most weeks on MOtD, but very few goals like that one.

We can be sure that despite that absolute plethora of superb Albion goals this month, Gary and his pals will choose one scored by a much more high profile team.

I'm never really that impressed with goals like Enciso's v Chelsea. He's essentially just wellied it on target*. You can almost hear him grunt "'ave it" as he hits it.

*Yes, I know there's more skill involved than that and I'm being slightly silly with my description, but give me a volley, a mazy run, some complexity in build up and execution. A shot from distance, however much technical skill is needed to get it on target with the required power still just feels too simple to me

Tails are up after the SF and NF games.

All Saturday's goals would have made the shortlist in an average month. The same goes for player of season, everyone has been fukken ace.

There are some quality goals in that selection but for me it is the bullet goal against Chelsea. A far cry from March 22’s competition when you could choose from Lewis Dunk v Newcastle or err..........
