anyone with county league knowledge

does anyone know if a county league team once played at dyke road park?
it is where i play currently, there is a railing along one side, and foundations of where dugouts once stood are visible, i can't see why a sunday league team would make these improvements.

so does anyone know if there was once a county league side playing there, and what happened to them?
