I have had a few google hits where the person I'm looking for is listed on 192.com - has anyone created an account and bought credits (if that's still how they do it) to gain the personal information?

I tried to search for "www.192.com" and got this error:

Yes, it’s a legit website. It’s only as good as the records it has though (electoral roll etc.)
