Its not just about getting rid of the current manager though is it? We would need to replace him with a better alternative, someone who will galvanise the team, get rid of dead wood and bring in a few better players.

If that can be done on the budget the club have then yes, why not. If not, then we should get behind MA and let him make the decisions and bring in the players to try and get us out of the mess we are in.

But Dean Wilkins showed last season that these players have the ability. Adams has, in patches, showed that this season. So we're not in dire need of someone who can clear out deadwood and bring in more players to add to the budget, we need someone who can get the current players playing how we know they can.

I will back and support the manager until a suitable replacement is found, but hope Adams can turn the season around.

But no one is going to come forward, no one is going to go looking, until Mickey is out of the job. Well, Thy might, they did it with Wilkins, but generally, people don't go looking for a replacement until the job is vacant (or going to be).

OK. I know I'm going to be pretty much on my own here but I think we should all get behind Micky and the team. I think Adams should be given more time, at least another half dozen games if not more and including the January window. Yes, we are not good at the moment. But we are not getting hammered, we are losing by the odd goal most of the time. It seems to be a confidence problem rather than a of lack of ability.

We can and I believe will turn things around and we can play our part by supporting the team.
Managers are to quickly dispensed with. If we'd stuck with Mcgee or Wilkins we would be better off and now Adams should be given time.

Dick Knight isn't going anywhere - so Adams is in until Falmer. So support Adams and the team!

Micky,as i am sure would agree is in trouble.Ok we sack him now, bring in a Dowie etc. What happens if he fails ? Sack him as well ?The compensation would dwarf the wages of some more coaching help ,that i believe Adams needs

I take your point, but when he was with us before he signed his fair share of dross then too.

I know that it's been well-chronicled, but the big difference is a certain Mr Zamora. Players like Bobby don't come around very often, but if we keep trying to bring in new players, ring the changes, and let some go, we can still come up with a winning combination.

You mean one or two more, after all the other loan signings he made.

ONE WHOLE SEASON !!!!!!

Then judge all the signings, loan or otherwise, and the manager.
