OK. I know I'm going to be pretty much on my own here but I think we should all get behind Micky and the team. I think Adams should be given more time, at least another half dozen games if not more and including the January window. Yes, we are not good at the moment. But we are not getting hammered, we are losing by the odd goal most of the time. It seems to be a confidence problem rather than a of lack of ability.

We can and I believe will turn things around and we can play our part by supporting the team.
Managers are to quickly dispensed with. If we'd stuck with Mcgee or Wilkins we would be better off and now Adams should be given time.

Now I shall sit back and wait for the abuse....

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. That's what being a lemming is all about, i believe. I suppose you thought the same when Mr Hinshelwood was in charge. To support does not mean being blind. How many times would we have to be relegated before you began to show an opinion. When we go out of business because the majority of us can't afford premier prices for conference football?

Nothing to do with being a Lemming. I have posted a number of times that he should be given the whole season ( as any manager should be given at least one WHOLE season ). I'll stand by that statement until the end of the season regardless of where we are in the table. If that makes me a lemming, twat, licker or any other unimaginative name from some posters so be it - I couldn't give a toss !

I like the idea of setting clubs for the season, i.e. no transfers, no managerial sackings etc. during the season. But due to the likely unpopularity of that idea, plus the different seasons around the world, it'll never happen.

i suppose i'm just more positive than some people on here or maybe have better things to do than moan all the time. i am dissapointed as anyone about this season and pay a lot of money for season ticket and to go to as many away games as possible if that makes me a lemming then so be it but i will always support the manager and the players in the shirt:albion2::albion2:

Backing the manager and/or supporting (without being overly negative) the team/club don't always go hand in hand, but I say Adams needs time and some respect, but in 1969 we're all for peace and free love.

Right here, right now
Its not just about getting rid of the current manager though is it? We would need to replace him with a better alternative, someone who will galvanise the team, get rid of dead wood and bring in a few better players.

If that can be done on the budget the club have then yes, why not. If not, then we should get behind MA and let him make the decisions and bring in the players to try and get us out of the mess we are in.
