Anyone replaced their kindle?

I called amazon at 10:30 yesterday, some lovely lady in the Philippines, went through the problems, agreed that they would replace the device even though it was out of warranty, told me it would be delivered Saturday......at 7:00 this morning, a thump on the doormat and there is my brand new kindle ready to be configured.
