I remember sitting in the chair and thinking you aint going to hypnotize me, but ten minutes of my life have gone missing, so maybe she had, anyway had a good nights kip last night with no pills, so fingers crossed it will work.

Its been tried on me three times but on each occasion I just couldn't relax enough, never even got close to going under.

I've had it done.
It's something you've got to be willing to accept. Anyone can be hypnotised, but the perception that you aren't aware of what you're doing is incorrect IMO. To me it felt like a dream state, but aware of what was happening around me.
I think the purpose of it is to try to get to the subconscuous part of the brain and change habits which have been ingrained over a long period.
