he didn't appear to be injured. surely wasn't tactical. We pretty much played over the top of midfield today - possibly the Paynter factor. But a very un-Brighton like performance - partly down to Watford but mostly down to a lack of confidence to play the ball along the ground and through the midfield as usual IMO.

has there been a report on what happened? he didn't appear to be hobbling or anything - he was staying back for a free kick just after painter was flattened - then he went off. hope it's nothing long term

Perhaps bridcutts ego has gotten the better of him and he has pissed the gaffer off?? Or did we change tactics and not require the services of the little guy picking it up from deep? Or is he just injured?
