Anyone know a good gasman and electrician ?

What is it with tradesmen ?.

They never call you back. It must be great to be in a job where you are so spoilt for work you cannot even be bothered to call a potential customer. This has happened 3 times now. " Oh I will call you tomorrow " 4 days later nothing or " I may be able to come around sometime between 9am and 5pm if I am not too busy ".

If I treated my customers with such disdain I would be bankrupt.

I need a good gasman to service my boiler and a good electrician to look at my electrics and some time this century as its getting a bit parky.

Is there such a thing

These people are hopeless, I was thinking of just calling British Gas but I have only recently re mortgaged my house !.

I've got a great one called Steve Ramsden (did my boiler on Monday after it stopped working) - only charged £35! He also does electrics ... but sorry to say I don't think his call-outs stretch to 400 miles!

Make sure the electrician is NICEIC registered.

When we first moved in, the shower made our fuse box go bang.
