Anyone got a good team sheet template for my U8 footie side...???

I've been on several 'Free' download sites but the templates are either no good (In PDF format) or you need to pay to sign up to the site to then download them for free. I relly want something I can email out once completed and that also shows the positions on a pitch background. Any ideas?

Good advice but I'm due to take the course shortly plus I wanted one that looks a bit better than the standard 'Spreadsheet' types that I've come across.
