Do not go to this game. The media juggernaut that is heading its way is setting it up as some sort of legitimate rivalry, which is exactly what Wimbledon fans don't want. To be making a deal of Wimbledons chances of beating Milton Keynes is to miss the point of the issue entirely. This whole affair is going to Be another embarrassing example of how naive football fans are nowadays, and how the sports media can make anything into exactly the story they want.

Exactly.

And just because that other team are playing the team whose league place they "stole", doesn't make this game (or any other game they are involved in) more valid.

I live a cpl of roads from afc Wimbledon and know a fair few fans and what happened with Wimbledon moving to mk and taking the history is absolutely unreal and really is not far from what happened with archer and bellotti. This is a grudge match and really hope afc win.
