I can advise Googling your error message and adding 'Reddit' on the end. Should give you a bunch of Reddit search results of people with similar issues.

I can advise Googling your error message and adding 'Reddit' on the end. Should give you a bunch of Reddit search results of people with similar issues.

I did, of course, Google the message before but hadn't found anything that seemed to work.

Tried installing the packages, which didn't work. Don't really know what to do if it's the latter - thanks anyway!
