Given that - and we all know this deep down - Anyinsah is not really very good at football, I would play Cox.

Anyinsah is great at running quickly and has good strength, but all the skills specific to football - shooting, passing, ball control, crossing - he is sodding useless at. He's in the wrong sport.

Well we can hardly play him when he's gone. We have a lot of tough games coming up, and a lot of miles to cover, a little tinkering of the squad will help keep us fresh.
That is the thoughts that MA expressed on SCR after Wednesdays game. So Ayinsah start against Carlisle and Cox against Hartlepool especially as Ayinsah is cuptied. Same with Johnson and Livermore.

With Murray and Forster back its a no-brainer really. It has to be Cox.
Quality early balls in for Murray and Forster doing the channels. I dont think we need Joe when these other boys are fit and playing ok.
Anyannsah for the bench and the final 20 mins maybe when he might be able to utilise his one asset.........pace.

Neither is good enough - Cox hasn't trained on over the last couple of years and is now just a one dimensional player that teams quickly work out....no left foot, force him onto his right foot and wait for the predictable curled ball into the box and if it manages to beat the first man, then its meat and drink to the defenders. Also his lack of physical presence causes him to commit rash challenges ( racking up the disciplinary points )
Anyinsah is the typical ' headless chicken ' - use him as a shock tactic for short periods but don't expect anything more.
Forster and Murray need better service and you will only see it from the likes of Thornton ( who is a class better than both of these )

Cox. Playing well and is one of 'ours'.

lol....that sounded really racist, ours meaning not a loan signing but a contracted local lad.
