To be fair, Firefox is more standards compliant than IE - chances are that the centring is a quirk of IE's rendering of HTML that developers have come to rely on due to the fact that about 95% of people use it...

Using v.0.8 too with no probs at all other than aforementioned PDF opening.

I use Opera 7.54.

Opera includes pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, mouse gestures, integrated searches, password manager, zooming, easy customization, detailed privacy and security options, integrated mail, news, chat and newsfeeds functionality, and much much more..

The latest preview version 7.6 features voice browsing.
