That is an old teamwear shirt design, been around for 2 seasons/years now, it was introduced/launched for the reformed National Womens Soccer League in the USA in 2012 and used by most of the teams in that league. Since then the likes of Blackburn and I think Hartlepool in the English leagues have had it, pretty sure a couple of others did too.You can see that template shirt for sale at discounted rates on teamwear sites for around £10.

I recall Barber said the away kits would be template/teamwear, and the home kit will be part way between bespoke and template.
