Just listen to me hear ...

Whenever I plan to enjoy a Brighton game something goes wrong. Went to Forest and endured the 7-0, so as a "special preparation" I'm keeping well away from the Amex, I wish us well but will leave it until Wembley until I lay my curse!

I’m wearing my match day pants, I BELIEVE that they have been washed since Citeh.
I got given for Xmas, a pair of blue and white oddball boxer's and a pair of green and black from the club shop. Every time I've worn the blue, we've lost or drawn. Green and white and we've won or drawn. They've been washed but I'm definitely wearing the green and black on Saturday.

As a parent who takes both kids, Saturday evening is the absolute worst KO time, you haven't got much choice but to feed them at the Amex, which costs a bloody fortune. First world problems I know.
So my prep is to get there as late as possible, because as Milano juniors spot the sparkling new Terrace option the "Wow I bet that will be really expensive Dad, can we go in there? We're starving....." poking will start. No, it's piglets on the concourse for you guys.

The nice thing about cup games is the stadium is properly full, very few no shows. Forest are vocal, they need to be drowned out
I'm sure this has already been said, but also if the result is in doubt almost everyone will remain in their seats till the end for fear of missing extra time/penalties - apart from utter LUNATICS.

A 5.15 Saturday KO means extra pre-match drinking time and that usually generates a more raucous atmosphere, but is that the limit of our preparations? The club seems to have finally given-up on putting out flags for special occasions but I expect the big Mitoma flag might make an appearance. Any NSK members on here know of any other efforts being made to liven things up? (puts on tin hat and prepares for deluge of sarcasm)

Excellent, another Wood pun.

I didn't twig it at first.

I bar(k)ly understand many of the Wood puns. Is Wood a member of the Forest Stewards Guild?

It obviously wasnt the result we wanted, but just to say I thought the north looked & sounded great on saturday. Loved all the flags (some organised by the FAB & some by this new North Nine group).

They have a GoFundMe page for future flags/displays etc if anyone wants to contribute.
